C. Potential Advertisers: Certain individuals access the Site for the purpose of applying to become an Advertiser on the Site. These individuals are considered "Users" as defined below.

D. Advertisers: As soon as a potential Advertiser accepts our advertiser agreement and establishes an advertising account with us, that person is considered to be an Advertiser, regardless of whether he or she has prepared or posted an advertisement. Advertisers and related data collection is governed by the advertiser's agreement and not by this Privacy Policy. Advertisers are not Users hereunder.

This Privacy Policy applies to Users and describes how we use information we receive about you when you visit our Site or use our online services. This Policy does not cover any information we may receive from or about you through channels other than your use of the Site. You expressly agree that we may have and use your information as described below, regardless of when it was obtained or captured.

We reserve the right to revise, amend or modify this Policy and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. You should periodically check for any modifications to this Policy by revisiting this website and using the "refresh" button on your browser. You should note the date of the last revision of this Policy, which appears at the top of this Policy. If the "Last Updated" date remains unchanged after you have clicked the "Refresh" button on your browser, you may assume that no changes have been made since you last read the Policy. Users of our Site and services will have multiple ways to interact with us. Subject to our exclusive unannounced review, Users are not required to log in through any active data collection pages. Any information collected is limited to cookies, IP addresses and referring URLs, and other passive information collection devices, as explained below. However, we request and/or collect certain necessary information, such as name, email, phone number, age, device ID and IP address from potential Advertisers and reserve the right to use such information collected during the registration process to help a potential Advertiser become an Advertiser. We also reserve the right to use information voluntarily provided by Users, such as comments and copyright notices ("Voluntary Data"), in accordance with the applicable provisions of Sections V and VIII below.

A. Passive Collection: We use cookies, browser capabilities, web beacons, features and functionality, tracking services and other technology to collect information about you to enhance your experience on the site. The collection of this anonymous data is intended to improve site navigation; keep track of visitor preferences; provide general internal and user web analytics reports; conduct research; and assist in identifying potential fraudulent activity. Information collected includes, but is not limited to, your user IP address, browser information, geographic location and other session data. You understand and agree that by accessing our Site, or using our Services, you permit us to share passively collected User data as we deem necessary to effectively operate our Site and our services.

B. Active Collection: Except as set forth in Section III with respect to Potential Advertisers and Voluntary Data, the Site does not currently engage in any active collection of User data.

The primary use of any information collected is to provide the Site services to you. We also use your information, such as location data, to provide you with personalized services; for User support purposes; and for efforts to monitor and help prevent illegal activities, fraud, harassment and spam. Non-personal and aggregated information, which, as noted above, is collected passively, is used to geographically customize our marketing efforts or to generally customize the use of our site for an aggregate group of customers. We may share this user information with third party entities as necessary for those entities to provide outside processing or analysis services. Information collected from potential advertisers may be used to assist such individuals in completing the registration process, promotional communications, and for marketing and/or research purposes. Voluntary data may be used in any manner at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, promotional purposes and as described in Section VIII.

It is our policy not to use or share information about Users in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Policy without providing the User an opportunity to opt-out or object to such unrelated uses. However, we may disclose information about Users, or information about their use of the Services or websites accessible through our Services, for any reason and without notice if, in our sole discretion, we believe it is reasonable to do so, including, but not limited to:

 - To satisfy any law, regulation or governmental or legal request for such information;
- To disclose information that is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms and Conditions and other policies and procedures;
- To operate our Services properly;
- To protect ourselves, our Users and the general public. We specifically reserve the right to disclose any information to law enforcement in the event of the commission or suspicion of a crime, including but not limited to fraud-related crime, or if we are compelled to do so by a legal offense. We may disclose any information to law enforcement, civil or administrative process, discovery requests, subpoenas, court orders, warrants, writs or reasonable request from authorities or persons with reasonable power to obtain such process;

Except as otherwise provided below with respect to Potential Advertisers and Voluntary Data, the Company does not currently intend to send promotional communications to Users, as there is no active collection of a User's email address or contact information. However, the Company specifically reserves the right to change this policy and to do so in the future, without notice. Implementation of any changes to the pre-existing practice will be reflected in the Site's Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage our Users to periodically review the terms of this policy to stay informed of such changes.

If you provide us with your information or use the Site, you will have created a business relationship with us. Although the Site currently chooses not to provide Users with promotional advertising materials (except as otherwise described below with respect to potential Advertisers and Users who submit voluntary Data), your use of the Site and its services constitutes your understanding and consent that even unsolicited commercial advertisements e-mail sent by us or our affiliates is not unlawful SPAM as that term is defined under the law.

The Company may, from time to time, offer public forums and blogs. To the extent you provide Voluntary Data, we reserve the right to use such data as described in Sections III, V and VIII. This includes the Site's own sites, as well as third party applications and pages (Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, etc).

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the transmission of all User information. However, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information. We take reasonable steps to prevent such security breaches, but given the ingenuity of cybercriminals, we cannot guarantee that our security is completely breach-proof. You assume the risk of such breaches to the extent they occur despite our reasonable security measures.

In addition, other than as set forth below, we do not provide User information to third parties; nor will we sell, rent or provide your information to other entities, such as advertisers or other companies that sell services similar to this company's services. The Site may contain advertisements that contain or take the form of banners/links to third party sites and you understand and acknowledge that such third party sites will generally contain policies and procedures including, but not limited to, terms of use, privacy policy, etc. that are different from those of our Site. If you access a third party site, we recommend that you read and understand the policies and procedures of such third party site.
